Ronald Blair is the СЕО and founder of Fusion Concepts and Blair's I-5 RVS outside Olympia, Washington. With over 40 years in the recreational vehicle industry, Ron is recognized as one of the top leaders in the industry thereby generating multi-millions in volume revenue. 

After graduating from Washington State at the age of 18, Ron obtained his Washington real estate license and was recruited by Quadrant Real Estate, a Weyerhaeuser company in the Washington area. Ron became the number one real estate agent in the recreational and resort property sales division. Ron has managed and owned some of the largest RV dealerships in the Washington State and then became the number one dealer for King of the Road travel trailers and fifth wheel trailers. 

Ron has personally orchestrated and operated over 400 highly successful trade shows throughout the country - displaying the latest in recreational vehicles and tiny homes. Ron is а pioneer not only in the tiny home industry and known as ''The God Father'' of tiny homes and one of the original Tiny Ноmе manufacturers with episodes on a highly recognized TV show. Не is known for his creative and innovative floor plans and designs. 

Additionally, Ron along with his colleagues has been responsible and involved with community development enhancing the opportunities for ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) for developments and residential cottages. 

Ron was additionally а pioneer of the successful radio program-RV talk radio broadcasting live - interviewing every facet of the industry from RV manufacturers, latest parts, supplies and technology. 

Ron has received several distinguished top awards and media recognition throughout his career and proudly served as President of the RV Dealership Association of Washington State. Ron lives by the ''Golden rule'' with integrity and honesty in all his dealings creating а win-win for his customers and colleagues. Additionally, his passions extend beyond the RV industry to include his family and friends coupled with diversity in supporting the veterans, homelessness and believes in the importance of health and wellness.
